TC622 - Low Cost Single Trip Point Temperature Sensor
The TC622 is a single point programmable solid-state temperature sensor designed to replace mechanical switches in sensing and control applications.
The TC622 integrates the temperature sensor with a voltage reference and all required detector circuitry. The desired temperature set point is set by the user with a single external resistor.
Ambient temperature is sensed and compared to the programmed set point. The two digital outputs are driven to their active state status (high and low) when the measured temperature exceeds the programmed set point.
The TC622 capable of reading temperatures from -40°C to +125°C and features low supply current (200 µA typ.) what makes it suitable for portable applications.
The TC622 is offered in an 8-pin PDIP and SOIC (narrow) packages as well as in a 5-pin TO-220.
The TC622EOA713 is a SOIC (narrow) Low Cost Single Trip Point Temperature Sensor with detection range from -40°C to +85°C that comes in 3300 piece reel.
