After your order has shipped you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with a link to track your package. If you have registered for an account you can find tracking information in your Dashboard.


To track a package:

1. Go to My Account
2. Go to Order History
3. Select the Order you want to track
4. Click on the tracking number



International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures that can cause delays in delivery. If your package shows as delivered, but you haven't yet received it, go to Missing or Undelivered Packages.
