General Product Description:Packaging change and PPQ and MOQ change for process optimization.Description of ChangesFor process optimization we will change the PPQ/MOQ from 5000 pcs to 6000 pcs in the same corrugated box TE PN 973058-3 (400x300x200 mm). This is because we will add two extra folding boxes TE PN 973171-1 (with 500 pcs/folding box).Reason for Changes:Product improvement. As a result of our continuous strive for improving the quality of our processes, we hereby inform you about the change of the packaging. The change will have no negative influence on quality, ability to supply and form-fit- of the concerned products.First Date To Ship (Changed Parts Only):01-NOV-2025Last Date for Mixed Shipments: (Changed Parts Only):01-MAR-2026
Description:This Product Change Notification (PCN) is to inform about a capacity enhancement tool used to manufacture below listed PNs (according VDA Trigger matrix No. 13), in anadditional production location - TE Oostkamp (acc. VDA Trigger matrix No. 29). The change has no impact to form-fit-function. TE Change process follows a strict procedure,which fully maintains quality and ability to supply. Internal release process is ensured by TE, including product validation as per OEM/CAM requirements. Validation will beinitiated and completed according to project plan, as soon as samples are available. PPAP will be prepared (as per agreements between the two parties, including thenegotiated TE trigger matrix), a request via ePPAP (via www.te.com or request to TE Sales representative) needs to be initiated by Customer 4 weeks prior to implementationdate. In case no request is obtained till above mentioned date, PPAP will be considered as approved, and the change is considered as fully released.
