The BD6220F-E2 is a Part of BD621 Series 18 V 500 mA surface mount H-Bridge drivers for DC Brush Motor applications available in SOIC-8 Package.Each IC can opperate at a range of power supply voltage from 6 V to 15 V supporting output currents of upto 2 A.
