Description of change:In line with strategic growth, LITEON Technology Corporation has added an additional site (LITEON Thailand) to expand SMD capacity for improvement in manufacturing efficiency and delivery performance since 2020. There are no differences in materials used as compared to those of the currently approved LITEON SMD production line. With existing Tianjin, Changzhou factory and the additional Thailand factory, LITEON will continue to ensure better product quality, lead-time and delivery schedule to our customers. Reprocess with Alternative parts.Description of Change:Lite-On will be introducing additional dice materials for chip LED since of the long lead time of original dices. Reason of Change:In an attempt to mitigate any potential risk to supply continuity, Lite-On has proactively identified, Alternative bill of materials to improve upon its current sources. The alternative dices have been qualified in Lite-On materials pool.
