Product Description:DEUTSCH DT and DTM interface seals Manufacturing Location ChangeKind of Change:Location ChangeGeneral Description of ChangesThe Industrial and Commercial Transportation business unit of TE Connectivity is transferring the interface seal part numbers for DT and DTM from a TE approved supplier located in USA to a TE approved supplier located in Canada. Connectors assemblies will remain at their current manufacturing locations. These PNs are TE proprietary designs, therefore considered catalog/general market product. TE reserves the right to move tool back to prior location based on business need. PPAP and/or sample requests must be submitted within 14 days (or per contract with TE) of PCN submission via ict-ppap-request@te.com or ePPAP system. Submission will not occur without request.Reason for Changes:Dear Customer, we hereby inform you of the manufacturing location change as a result of global demand and the available capacity of our suppliers and will be phased in gradually. IMPORTANT: Product from the new supplier are the same as the current supplier and does not impact product performance. General Description of ChangesThe Industrial and Commercial Transportation business unit of TE Connectivity is adding a manufacturing location in Queretaro, Mexico, and transferring some molding tools and assembly lines from Empalme, Mexico and Tullahoma, TN to the new location.Reason for Changes:Dear Customer, we hereby inform you of this tools/assembly lines transfer needed to expand and realign our manufacturing capacity. IMPORTANT: This is a non form fit function change. The manufacturing process at the new manufacturing location will remain the same as the previous one. Parts from any manufacturing location can be used interchangeably in the field. The transfer is being phased in to guarantee undisrupted delivery of parts. Shipments of any locations may be mixed.
