The 1N5817-1N5819 series of 1.0A highly efficient Schottky barrier rectifiers are made for use in low voltage, high frequency inverters, free wheeling, and polarity protection application and are offerd in the DO-41 package. The 1N5817-1N5819 series also has a high surge capability, low power loss, high current capability and low forward voltage drop.
The 1N5817-T is a small signal schottky diode has a peak repetitive reverse voltage 20 V and a RMS reverse voltage of 14 V.and an average rectified output current 1.0 A. The 1N5817-T also has a forward voltage of 0.450 V.Emballages disponibles
