Vishay was founded in 1962 and is now one of the world’s largest manufacturers of discrete semiconductors.
The 1N4001 thru 1N4007 series of general purpose plastic rectifiers have a low forward voltage drop, low leakage current and a high forward surge capability. The 1N4001 thru 1N4007 series also has a Maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage of 50 V to 1000 V and is offered in the DO-41 package.
The 1N4007GP-E3/54 has a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage of 1000 V a maximum RMS voltage of 700 V and a maximum DC blocking voltage of 1000 V. The 1N4007GP-E3/54 also has a maximum average forward rectified current of 1.0 A.
