The MSRD620CTT4G is a part of MSRD series soft ultrafast rectifier. It has a storage temperature ranging from -55°C to +175°C and its available in TO-252-3 package.
State of the art geometry features epitaxial construction with oxide passivation and metal overlay contact. Soft Ultrafast Rectifier is ideally suited for low voltage, high frequency switching power supplies, free wheeling diodse and polarity protection diodes.
