The DTC144EUAT106 is a part of DTC144 Series, NPN Digital Transistor with Built-in Resistors and Supply Voltage of 50 V, it has an Operating Temperature range of 150 °C and is available in SC-70 Package.
Features :
- Built-in bias resistors enable the configuration of an inverter circuit without connecting external input resistors
- The bias resistors consist of thin-flim resistors with complete isolation to allow negative biasing of the input. They also have the advantage of almost completely eliminating parasitic effects
- Only the on/off conditions need to be set for operation, making the device design easy
