The MM74HC244MTCX is a Non-inverting octal 3-STATE buffer. This device does not have schmitt trigger inputs. Available in TSSOP-20 package.
This device utilize advanced silicon-gate CMOS technology and are general purpose high speed non-inverting buffers. This circuit achieve speeds comparable to low power Schottky devices, while retaining the advantage of CMOS circuitry.
