Description of ChangesThe Industrial and Commercial Transportation business unit of TE Connectivity is adding new capacity tooling and is transferring component(s) for the following part number(s) from a TE external approved supplier in Tornesch, Germany to a TE facility in Tullahoma, TN, USA. This is a clarification regarding the first shipment date mentioned in the previous communication, referenced as PCN-25-233723. No other changes will be made to it. The molding gate will now be positioned on top of the connector using the new capacity tool. These PNs are TE proprietary designs, therefore considered catalog/general market product. TE reserves the right to move tool back to prior location/supplier based on business need. PPAP and/or sample requests must be submitted within 14 days of PCN submission via ict-ppap-request@te.com or ePPAP system. Submission will not occur without request. If PPAP requested, disposition response is required within 14 days of submit date or it will be considered approved.Reason for Changes:Dear Customer, we hereby inform you of this change. This change is necessary to better meet our Customer's demand needs. The change will not impact connector performance. IMPORTANT: The current and previous revisions of these parts can be used interchangeably in the field. The change(s) are being phased in gradually and previous revision can remain stocked until use. Shipments of both configurations may be mixed.
