Description of Change: Vishay is using a new PIQ material that is standard within our supply chain.Reason for Change: The PIQ vendor to our Foundry Partner has discontinued the PIQ material used on the below products. The replacement PIQ material is provided by the same vendor and is used in much greater volume of production.
Description of Change: The Mosfet wafer plating process and the Finish good Test for IC products will move to a new building within the same Laguna Technopark.Classification of Change: In order to increase capacity Vishay Siliconix has moved the Philippines wafer plating facility and the Final Test in a larger building with the same equipment, same process and same personnel.
