The MMUN2233LT1G is a Low power NPN Silicon Surface Mount Transistors with Monolithic Bias Resistor Network; designed to replace a single device and it's external resistor bias network.
It's monolithic bias network consisting of two resistors which eliminates these individual components by integrating them into a single device.
