The UMH9NTN is a 50 V 100 mA Surface Mount Dual NPN Digital Transistor available in SC-88 Package. It has an storage temperature ranging between -55 to 150°C.

  • Two DTC114Y chips in one package
  • Built-in bias resistors enable the configuration of an inverter circuit without connection external input resistors
  • The bias resistors consist of thin-film resistors with complete isolation to allow negative biasing of the input. They also have the advantage of completely eliminating parasitic effects
  • Only the on/off conditions need to be set for operation, making the circuit design easy
