ROHM | BD9845FV-E2

The BD9845FV-E2 is a single/dual-output high frequency step-down switching regulator controller by pulse width modulation system. Available in a SSOP-B14 package.

Features:

• High voltage resistance input (Vcc=35 V)
• FET driver circuit is contained (step-down circuit 1 output)
• Error amplifier reference voltage (1.0 V±1%) and REG output circuit (2.5 V) are contained
• Over current detection circuit is contained
• Soft start and pause period can be adjusted
• Three modes of standby, master, and slave can be switched. (ices=0 μA typ in standby mode.)
• ON / OFF control is enabled independently for each channel (DT terminal)
