Subject: Inner box packing Label update for Medium Power modules Littelfuse would like to notify you about implementing inner packing box label change for its Medium Power Modules built in our different assembly locations. To harmonize the marking, we will remove Pb-Free marking which is not relevant to all our products portfolio and will only show up a "RoHS compliant" logo which is appropriate to all our power modules. There is no change to fit, form or function of the existing products as the change refers to packing box labelling only.Implementation date: May 1st, 2023 - already in place at some warehouse locations
SUBJECT: Assembled Device Marking Format Changes and Outer Box/Bag Label Format Changes - Change to the assembled device marking format The change affects the date code and tracking number identification. This change does not affect the form, fit or function of the product. See attached for more details - Change to the box label format: The paper sticker label found on the outer box or bag will see a format change that incorporates the Littelfuse logo along with the IXYS logo. The printed information remains the same (PN, Qty, Lot #, date code, country of origin). The change allows for a improved readability. This change does not affect the form, fit or function of the product. REMARKS: This changes from the original IXYS Corporation marking/labeling format to the new IXYS LLC-USA format is being done to conform to the SAP product management system requirements of our parent company Littelfuse Corporation.
We want to share with you a brief update on the Littelfuse power semiconductor manufacturing site in Lampertheim, Germany. The site recently experienced an electrical fire that occurred at the power distribution panel on the subfloor of the fab. All employees were safely evacuated, and the site has resumed some operations. The fire did not spread to the manufacturing floor, but this unforeseeable event will cause an interruption to our production. As a result of this incident, despite our urgent recovery actions, you will encounter approximately a 10 week delay to your current delivery schedule for our thyristors rectifier, and fast diodes, as well as any module that includes these components. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Your Littelfuse Customer Service Representative will make the necessary adjustments to your order and also contact you if there are any further changes to this schedule. Please understand that our entire global team is diligently working to resolve this issue as fast as possible to minimize your disruption.

Reason for Change: � Following PCN#LFPCN210915 edited on September 15th and to harmonize the change to the other countries worldwide and avoid differences between countries, it has been decided to extend the PCN to all countries. � This change goes also towards an environmental desire to lighter our parcels of TO-240 modules and avoid shipping screws to customers who don't use them. � The 3 M5x10 terminal screws for TO-240 were never been counted as part of the module cost for our customers. For those customers who still want to use M5x10 screws from us, it can be purchased with PN: IX500301 - Please contact me or your Sales contacts to get price, MOQ and lead time. We also give you the details of the screws used by Littelfuse to give you the opportunity to procure them from local suppliers by yourselves.

Littelfuse would like to inform you that the screws attachment of the Littelfuse TO-240 bipolar modules will be discontinued for deliveries in EMEA regions. Reason for Change: � Starting 1st July 2021, the production of TO-240 packages has been fully moved to Philippines (Lipa). Due to the limited resources of the Littelfuse EMEA warehouse, the TO-240 modules will NO longer be attached with screws as complimentary accessories for EMEA destination customers. � The 3 M5x10 terminal screws for TO-240 were never been counted as part of the module cost for our customers.
