The transfer follows a strict procedure, which fully maintains quality, ability to supply and form-fit-function of the concerned products. The new manufacturing location operates under a certified quality management system in accordance with standard automotive requirements. A TE-internal release test based on the relevant part specifications will be executed before delivery. Upon request, a PPAP Level 2 will be available if it concerns a transfer of a tool which produces a finished TE-product. A PPAP Level 1 will be available if it concerns a component of a TE-product, where the production location of the finished TE-product remains unchanged. Description of ChangesFollow PN. changed lubricant after plating process. we will use lubricant GS-45305 to replace 997946-1.Reason for Changes:Part status change.Existing lubricant procurement lead time is very long, need 6 months, impact plating delivery; After change to GS-4530S lubricant, the lead time will improve to 2 weeks. After change it can save Lead time and new lubricant have low flash point more safer. The new lubricant meet function need and is release. It also created PN in TE material list. So, it has low risk for this changed.

General Product Description:Multiple part numbersDescription of ChangesTE is changing its system as it relates to minimum order quantities for the part numbers listed to address trends that have been recently observed. We have identified situations where quantities can be ordered at quantities below what our standard packaging requirements allow. The situation also results in non-standard handling (break-pack) and creates risks for damage during transit to our customers.
