Fonctionnalités et applications
The MIC2097-1YMT TR is a high side adjustable current limiting power distribution switch, available in surface mount TMLF-6 package.
This device feature either a fixed 0.5 A/0.9 A or resistor programmable output current limit and it also has fault blanking to eliminate false noise induced, over current condition. It is ideal for power control applications.
