The LD39100PUR is a low quiescent current, low noise voltage regulator with an output voltage of 0.8 V and an output current up to 1 A. It is available in surface mount DFN-6 package.
This device includes short-circuit constant current limiting and thermal protection. It is suitable for low power battery powered applications.
