The MIC33050-CYHL TR is a high efficiency 600 mA PWM synchronous buck (step-down) regulator with a very low typical quiescent current draw of 20 µA and it can achieve over 83% efficiency even at 1 mA.
The MIC33050 is available in fixed output voltage options from 0.72 V to 3.3 V thereby eliminating external feedback components.
