The ZXCL330H5TA is a micropower low dropout regulator with a minimum output voltage of 3.3 V. Available in surface mount 5-pin SC-70 package.
The device can be used with all types of output capacitors including low ESR ceramics and typical dropout voltage, is only 85 mV at 50 mA load.
