SM05: 300 Watt TVS Diode Array
The SM series of transient voltage suppressors (TVS) are designed to protect components which are connected to data and transmission lines from voltage surges caused by electrostatic discharge (ESD), electrical fast transients (EFT), and lightning.
SM05.TCT
The sm05 offers 5 volts of working voltage and 300 watts peak pulse power (tp = 8/20 µs). It is designed to offer transient protection for data & power lines and is capable of Protecting one bidirectional line or two unidirectional lines. It also features low clamping voltage.
