The IMB10AT110 is a part of IMB10A Series, Dual PNP Complex Digital Transistor with Transition Frequency of 250 MHz. It has an Operating Temperature range of -55 °C to +150 °C and is available in SC-74 package.

- Two DTA123J chips in one package
- Ultra-compact complex bipolar transistor, leak absorption type
- Only the on/off conditions need to be set for operation, making the circuit design easy
- Built-in-bias resistors enable the configuration of an inverter circuit without connecting external input resistors
- The bias resistors consist of thin-film resistors with complete isolation to allow negative biasing of the input. They also have the advantage of completely eliminating parasitic effects
