The UMH10NTN is a 50 V 100 mA Surface Mount Dual NPN Digital Transistor available in SC-88 Package. It has an storage temperature ranging between -55 to 150°C.
Features:
- Built-in Biasing Resistors, R1=R2=10 KΩ
- Two DTC114E chips in one package
- Built-in bias resistors enable the configuration of an inverter circuit without connection external input resistors
- The bias resistors consist of thin-film resistors with complete isolation to allow negative biasing of the input. They also have the advantage of completely eliminating parasitic effects
- Only the on/off conditions need to be set for operation, making the circuit design easy
- Lead Free/ROHS Compliant
