The NC7SP125P5X is a TinyLogic Ultra Low Power Single Buffer with 3-State Output. It is designed for ultra low power consumption within the VCC operating range of 0.9 V to 3.6 V and its used for applications where battery life is critical.
The NC7SP125 is fabricated with an advanced CMOS technology to achieve best in class speed operation while maintaining extremely low CMOS power dissipation.
