These PNs are TE proprietary designs, therefore considered catalog/general market product. PPAP and/or sample requests must be submitted within 14 days of PCN submission via ict-ppap-request@te.com or ePPAP system. Submission will not occur without request. If PPAP requested, disposition response is required within 14 days of submit date or it will be considered approved. Product Drawings are Affected.
General Description of Changes:The Industrial and Commercial Transportation business unit of TE Connectivity is adding an alternate material for the part number(s) listed on the attached document. These PNs are TE proprietary designs, therefore considered catalog/general market product. PPAP requests must be submitted within 14 days of PCN submission via ict-ppap-request@te.com or ePPAP system, only Level 1 PPAP will be provided. Level 1 PPAP Submission will not occur without request. If Level 1 PPAP requested, disposition response is required within 14 days of submit date or it will be considered approved. Product drawing(s) are affected, and 114 application specification will be modified.Reason for Changes:Dear Customer, we hereby inform you of this change. TE is promoting this alternative to create a carbon footprint reduction to improve sustainability of our products. The additional source material is black in color and does not impact performance. IMPORTANT: The current and previous revisions of these parts can be used interchangeably in the field.
