The MCP111T-315E/TT is a Micropower Voltage Detector, designed to hold the microcontroller in reset until the supply voltage reaches a predetermined operating level, available SOT-23B-3 package.

This CMOS voltage detectors are well suited for portable, consumer electrics applications due to the extremely low 1uA operating current and small surface-mount packaging

Precision monitoring options of: 1.90 V, 2.32 V, 2.63 V, 2.93 V, 3.08 V, 4.38 V and 4.63 V
Resets microcontroller in a power-loss event
