Description of Change: Renesas located in Kulim, Malaysia is added as an alternate Final Test Location for the select part# that are currently tested at Renesas Penang, Malaysia. Both Renesas Kulim and Renesas Penang are owned by Renesas and are the mature Test facilities. This change will allow flexibility to test from either facility and will provide increased capacity, flexibility and shorter lead time to meet market demand. Test processing flows and test programs are the same at the two facilities. Electrical test correlation has been completed and based on the test results we do not anticipate any impact on device performance. The testing is fully compatible and transferable between the two facilities with no change to the test coverage. Reason for Change: To provide increased capacity.
