The BD9842FV-E2 is a dual-output high frequency step-down switching regulator with supply voltage of 36 V. Available in a SSOP-B20 package.
Features:
- FET driver circuit is contained (step-down circuit 2 output)
- Error amplifier reference voltage(1.0 V ±1 %) and REG output circuit (2.5 V) are contained
- Overcurrent detection circuit is contained
- Soft start and pause period can be adjusted
- Three modes of standby, master and slave can be switched
- ON/OFF control is enabled independently for each channel (DT terminal)
