The LD39015M18R is a low  quiescent current, low noise voltage regulator with an output voltage of 1.8 V and an output current up to 150 mA. It is available in surface mount SOT-23-5L package.

The ultra-low drop voltage, low quiescent current and low noise features make it suitable for low power battery-powered applications.
