The SY100EPT23L is a dual differential LVPECL-to-LVTTL translator.Its Operating temperature ranges from -40 °C to 85 °C and its available in MSOP-8 package.
The tiny 8-pin MSOP package and dual gate design of the EPT23L makes it ideal for applications which require the translation of a clock and data signal.
