The MIC94060YC6 TR is a MIC94060 Series of 5.5 V 110 mOhm Surface Mount High Side Power Switch and it is available in SC-70-6 package .
The MIC94060-63 are high-side load switches designed for operation between 1.7 V to 5.5 V. The devices contain a low on-resistance P-channel MOSFET that supports
over 2 A of continuous current.
