The OP804SL is a NPN silicon phototransistor with a maximum on state collector current of 22 mA.
This device is mounted in hermetically sealed packages. The TO-18 package offer high power dissipation and superior hostle environment operation. The norrow receiving angle provides excellent on-axis coupling.
