Description of the Change: Due to supplier increases in lead-time and cost which are affecting the supply chain causing shortages in components, Littelfuse will be sourcing a new supplier to ensure business continuity and avoid supply chain disruptions. There will be no change in fit, form or function of the finished good P/Ns. Reason for The Change: Due a few challenges we have faced with our current supplier, Littelfuse will be moving business to a new supplier. Effective Date of the Change: Running change starting on November 16, 2023
