The VN540SPTR-E is a single high side smart power solid state relay with on state resistance of 50 mΩ.

This monolithic device uses VI power technology to drive four indipendent resistive or inductive loads with one side connected to ground. The built-in thermal shut-down protects the chip from overtemperature and short circuit.
