The LD59015C12R is a low noise high PSRR voltage regulator with an output voltage of 1.2 V and an output current of 150 mA. It is available in surface mount SOT-323-5L package.
This device is stable with ceramic capacitors and is suitable for low power battery-powered applications. It also includes short-circuit constant current limiting and thermal protection.
