The BU4816G-TR is a part of BU4816G Series 1.6 V Low Voltage Standard CMOS Voltage Detector IC available in surface mount SSOP-5 Package.
It is high-accuracy, low current consumption reset IC with detection voltage range from 0.9 V to 4.8 V in increments of 0.1 V.
