onsemi AF0131 Hyperlux ID iToF Depth Sensor

High-precision 3D depth sensing with scalable iToF architecture

onsemi's AF0131 Hyperlux ID iToF Depth Sensor is part of the Hyperlux ID family and delivers advanced indirect time-of-flight (iToF) depth sensing with a 1.2MP back-side illuminated global shutter CMOS architecture. Designed for high-performance 3D imaging, it enables accurate depth perception in complex lighting environments with strong ambient light rejection.

Built on a 1/3.2-inch optical format, the AF0131 supports high-speed modulation up to 200 MHz with integrated laser control and eye-safety monitoring. It provides the same optical and sensing performance as the AF0130 variant, while allowing system designers to implement custom off-chip depth processing for greater algorithm flexibility.

The sensor architecture supports long-range depth measurement, high dynamic response, and synchronized laser modulation control, making it suitable for scalable 3D vision systems in industrial, robotics, and consumer applications. Its flexible design allows integration into systems requiring custom depth computation pipelines.
