Fifth Generation HEXFET’s from International Rectifier utilize advanced processing techniques to achieve the lowest possible on-resistance per silicon area. This benefit, combined with the fast switching speed and ruggedized device design that HEXFET Power MOSFET’s are well known for, provides the designer with an extremely efficient device for use in a wide variety of applications. This D2-Pak (Surface Mount Package), 100V Single N-Channel is capable of accommodating die sizes up to HEX-4. It provides the highest power capability and lowest possible on-resistance in any existing SMD package. The D2-Ppak is suitable for high current application because of its low internal connection resistance and can dissipate up to 2.0W in a typical SMD application. It is fast switching, fully avalanche and operates at 175C.
