- 0.01 µA Typical Shutdown Current
- Input Operating Voltage Range: 2.0 V to 28.0 V
- Standard Output Voltage Options: 1.8V, 2.5V, 3.0V, 3.3V, 5.0V, 10.0V, 12.0V
- Output Voltage Accuracy: ±2%
- Output voltages from 1.8V to 18.0V in 0.1V increments are available upon request
- Stable with Ceramic Output Capacitors
- Current Limit Protection With Current Foldback
