Fonctionnalités et applications
The FH12 Series is a Fine Pitch Wire to Board connector. Using a one finger flip-locking mechanism, contact between the (FPC) Flexible Printed Circuit and the (FFC) Flexible Flat Cable is confirmed by the click noise and feel. The Connector is also equipped with Hirose’s patented half tuning fork contacts. These maintain the required normal force without relying on the connector housing. Conventional products housing walls support the contact force, which does not provide for long-term reliability. Common applications are Notebook computers, printers, PDAs, digital cameras and other compact devices for interconnecting the main circuit board with the LCD, HDD or other devices.
The FH12-20S-0.5SH(55) is a twenty (20) contact, single row, surface mount (SMT) FPC connector socket. Featuring a horizontal mounting type, gold plating and a 0.5mm contact pitch.
