High-temperature automotive connector systems save space and add tough reliability

The rugged ERNI MaxiBridge and MiniBridge connector systems from TE Connectivity deliver robust connection and save space in high-temperature automotive applications.

These compact connector systems can be used in the headlights, as well as in battery management systems and power electronics.

MaxiBridge: Up to 12 A per contact

With high-temperature resistance and high retention force on the PCB, the MaxiBridge connectors are single- and double-row cable connectors, with a 2.54 mm pitch and a current rating up to 12 A per contact. The connectors are shock and vibration resistant and feature double locking of the spring contacts in the housing.

MiniBridge for high-density connectivity

With a miniaturized size in 1.27 mm grid, the MiniBridge connectors save space for cable connections between PCBs and decentralized units. The single-row connectors have high vibration and impact resistance, and give the option of multiple mating options for design flexibility. A top-side housing latch is combined with integrated retention clips, and the Koshiri connectors offer high mating reliability.
