The ICL3232IBNZ-T7A is a 1 μA supply current dual RS-232 transmitter and receiver interface circuit, available in 16 pin SOIC package.

This device is fully compatible with 3.3 V only systems, mixed 3.3 V and 5.0 V systems, and 5.0V only systems.
